A graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology, Andrea joined Raymond James in 2016, after ten years of service with a large Canadian bank, where in her role of Special Project Manager, she was responsible for compliance and regulatory initiatives supporting bank branches across Canada.

Andrea’s extensive knowledge of industry practices and standards, makes her an invaluable leader within the Dalrymple Wealth Counsel team, overseeing client services, operations, compliance, and HR. In that capacity, Andrea ensures that both the client service and Advisor teams benefit from a level of administrative efficiency, operational effectiveness, and facilities management of the highest standard.

In addition to directing the functional aspects of Dalrymple Wealth Counsel, Andrea is instrumental in the implementation of our business vision. That means, driven by her “client first” passion, she endeavours to make every interaction with clients a positive experience that lets them know they have a support team they can rely on and trust.

Outside of the office, Andrea loves spending time with her husband and two young sons, friends, travelling and experiencing great food, while staying fit.
